FAQ
Is there a participation fee?
No, everything is free. DaleStudy is a non-profit community run on sponsorships, with no ads or paid membership.
How much skill do I need?
There is no skill threshold. Aspiring developers, juniors, and career changers all start from different places, and every starting point is respected. Wanting to contribute is enough.
Can I join while working full-time?
Yes. Weekdays are async on Discord and GitHub, and real-time gatherings happen during weekend prime time (Saturday morning in Korea, Sunday night in North America), so it fits alongside a job.
Can I join from abroad?
Of course. Everything happens online, and schedules account for both Korean and North American time zones. Members join from many countries.
How much time does it take?
It depends on the program: five problems a week for the LeetCode study, one post a week for the blog study. What matters most is going steadily at your own pace.
How do I get started?
Join Discord and say hi. Cohort-based studies recruit via announcements; projects and community activities are open the moment you join.
